Rules And Regulations

  • Discipline and proper behaviour are considered very vital for the smooth functioning of the institution. The Principal has complete authority to dismiss a student or group of students if the former finds it essential in the best interests of the school.
  • The students are expected to communicate only in English within the premises of the school.
  • Bringing mobile phone, CDs etc, to school is a punishable offence.
  • Students are not permitted to leave the school during working hours.
  • Each student is expected to maintain physical cleanliness, the class surroundings should also be kept clean. All the waste material should be kept in the waste paper bucket.
  • Absentees for 15 consecutive working days without a written request for leave will be removed from rolls.
  • Leave will not be granted without written request by the parent. The request may be written in the diary in the space provided.
  • Late attendance and non-attendance without leave application will invite disciplinary action.
  • Playing in class rooms and corridors is strictly prohibited.
  • Students should handle school properties with utmost care. Any damage to the school property will have to be made good by the students responsible for the damage.
  • Children should be prompt in studies, home exercises done and submitted on time.
  • The students should take part in sports and games of their choice.
  • Students should be disciplined, well mannered, punctual and obedient. They should be polite and courteous to elders and respectable persons when they meet them.
  • Children have to come to school in clean and tidy school uniform. Nobody is allowed inside the class without uniform.
  • No student is allowed to enter other classes without permission of the class teacher.
  • A child must attend all the examinations and tests and all these will be considered for promotion to the next class. No child should be absent without genuine reason. In case of illness. A medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner must be produced.
  • Regular attendance is absolutely necessary .In case of absence. A leave letter should be produced.
  • Students are not allowed to take private tuition, paid or unpaid, from their subject teachers.
  • Books borrowed from the library should be returned on due date.
  • Students are expected to reach the school on time and to be regular in their attendance.
  • Use of jewellery in the school is not allowed.
